If you plan on being in this year’s parade, please fill out the information below. The DEADLINE to submit an entry into the parade is Sunday October 8th. You will receive your line up spot via e-mail by end of day Friday, October 13th. There is no cost to participate.
Want to help out with the parade? We are looking for volunteers to help with staging entries prior to the parade and support with crowd control during the parade. Contact Aprilc@rutlandrec.com for more information.
The theme again this year is “Halloween” and encourages you to use your imagination.
You can put a sign on your float naming a sponsoring organization. Sponsorship size limit is 30” x 96”. Height limit for float is 13 feet.
All Entries MUST BE FULLY DECORATED IN THE SPIRIT OF HALLOWEEN.
We ask that you do not throw candy from your float. Having people walking along the side to do this is fine. We do not want children running out for treats. SAFETY FIRST.
