In order to hold your event in/on our facilities, you must provide a “Certificate of Insurance: attesting to the fact that you have a comprehensive general liability policy in the amount of not less than $1,000,000 or ISO simplified general aggregate $2,000,000, product and completed operation aggregate $2,000,000, claim $1,000,000, personal injury and advertising liability $1,000,000, fire liability $50,000, medical payments $5,000. Further, the City of Rutland, VT, shall be named as an additional named insured. Further, that said policy shall contain the broad from general liability endorsement or its equivalent. This is required every year if you choose annual activities in or on any of our facilities.
