Program Registration Information (Residents)
1. You can register anytime during office hours.
Registration forms are available in the office.
2. Registrations will be accepted until the program is filled.
3. Registration is conducted on a first come first served basis until the program maximum is reached.
Early registration is encouraged as many programs as fill up fast.
4. There will be NO registrations taken over the phone.
5. Residential status: you must live within the Rutland City limits.
Being ready and organized for you is very important to us. One critical aspect in being able to offer the best to you is our need to be organized and ready when the programs begin. It is extremely difficult to be prepared for you when registrations are received a day or two before a program begins.
Non-Resident
Non-Resident Registration Fee
1. Non-Residents pay an additional $10.00 administrative fee per program
2. Limited access programs may have a later registration date for non-residents.
If so. It will be noted under the program information.
Non-Resident District Registration Fee
1. There is a $3 discount on the non-resident administrative fee for residents of the Rutland Regional Recreation District. This includes the residents of Mendon. Please ask for that discount when registering for programs.
